A fantastic and friendly team! Climbing and hiking is so much about people and if you want the best experience in Nepal I highly recommend Ascent.

We had the best experience on our Manaslu circuit trek with Bigraj! Of course the nature is overwhelmingly beautiful and reaching Larke Pass is the best feeling there is. However we were really happy to have Bigraj as our guide through this experience. He is a very experienced guide, knows the areas that he takes his clients to very well and goes above and beyond to make your experience the best possible. We were impressed by his ability to adapt to circumstances and his knowledge of the surroundings. He even surprised one of us on their birthday with a birthday cake! Thanks so much Bigraj, for making this trek the absolute highlight of our 3 month trip!

Such an amazing trip with Ascent Adventures Nepal. We asked for a bespoke itinerary that was limited due to time availability and they delivered brilliantly. Everything was organised perfectly and what we thought might be an impossible ask was dealt with so calmly and professionally to give us the experience we wanted. Our Everest Base Camp trek was unforgettable, largely thanks to our fantastic guide, Bigraj. From meeting us at Kathmandu airport to trekking through the breathtaking Himalayas, he was with us every step.

He knew the trails like the back of his hand, making us feel safe and well-prepared for the challenges of high-altitude trekking. What stood out was how he looked out for me, the slowest walker in the group. He made sure I never felt left behind and was always encouraging.

Besides being a great guide, he was like a walking encyclopedia of the local culture and the Sherpa community. The stories and insights he shared added so much depth to our experience. He was more than just a guide; he was a key part of our journey. His mix of professionalism, kindness, and expertise made our Everest Base Camp trek not just a trek but a truly life-changing experience. I'd recommend him in a heartbeat to anyone heading to Everest. He's the kind of guide who turns a tough trek into an incredible adventure.

We had an amazing adventure trekking to Base Camp Everest with absolutely everything taken care of by Bigraj and the team at Ascent Adventures Nepal. This included accommodation, food, internal flights to Lukla and anything else that was needed. He and his team were super helpful and friendly… This allowed us to enjoy the experience to the max and I would highly recommend them to anyone wishing to trek in Nepal. We climbed Himlung Himal with Ascent Adventures and had the most incredible trip.
First I want to mention the amazing people on the team. We were in the mountains with them for 3 weeks and they looked after us so well. We were like one big family for the whole time and we got very connected to them. The connections we had were some of the best memories for me.

The supported us so well on the climb and planned everything so well.
We had amazing food and facilities for how remote we were up the mountain.

Finally I want to mention our lead guide Bigraj. He works so hard to make sure we were always safe and enjoying the trip.
He Perfectly chose the team of guides and Sherpa’s for our group and the trip and everything ran so smoothly.
Great energy and communication skills.

We have fond memories of our group trek with Bigraj. We did Annapurna circuit and all loved it.

Bigraj had meticulously planned everything. He is a very experienced guide. When we faced bad weather just before our passage through Thorang la , Bigraj altered the plan to add wait days near Manang so we were comfortable during our wait for bad weather to subside. He prioratises safety and takes confident decisions when situation presents.

Bigraj has a calming presence , always joking and keeps the group motivated. Any requests or complains ftom group members are promptly resolved. We were fussy eaters and Bigraj also arranged great food for us along the way.

I would highly recommend Bigraj and would happily join him for my future expeditions.

We took to Himlung Himal 7126m trying to break a world record for the highest altitude climbed by a team with spinal cord injuries. We broke the previous record and had an unbelievable 3 weeks with Bigraj and his team. Memories that will last a lifetime and a guide that should be crowned King of NEPAL.
